Bridge Two College is a program designed to empower and prepare underrepresented students for success in higher education. By offering a range of resources such as leadership workshops, college tours, and scholarships, the program aims to equip exemplary students with the tools and confidence they need to thrive in college and beyond. Through its comprehensive approach, Bridge Two College focuses on building essential skills, providing exposure to various college environments, and alleviating financial barriers to ensure that these students have the opportunity to pursue their academic goals and become future leaders.

Our Mission
Bridge2College is dedicated to supporting underrepresented, high-achieving students through leadership development, college tours, and scholarship opportunities. From 2023–2025, the program has prepared and empowered 33 high school seniors to successfully transition into higher education.

Hi, I’m Johnny Baltierra
While working all over the Central Valley as a school counselor I saw a need for underrepresented students to have more guidance and exposure to higher education. I retired as a school counselor and created Bridge 2 College to provide the students of the Central Valley and their families with the tools that they need to build a bridge to college.
